Infused Nectars

Infused nectars add a layer of flavor complexity that you won’t get simply by using a sweetened juice or mix. We present a few ideas including infused Agave nectar, infused Honey, and recipes using the latest available in infused maple and simple syrups.

Infused Agave Nectar Cocktails

Organic Agave nectar is less sweet than simple syrup and adds a dimension of depth
to our cocktails.
When you want just a subtle hint of a certain fruit, spice or herb in your cocktail, infuse it first in Agave Nectar for several hours or overnight in the fridge.  We have some recipes of our own, but try your hand at making your own infusions.  You can find Agave nectar in most gourmet and natural products food stores.  We like Madhava brand, but any light Agave nectar is fine.

Infused Honey Cocktails

Unlike Agave Nectar, Honey will add a certain flavor to a cocktail so our honey infusions are more richly flavored than our Agave infusions. These sublime honey-infused martinis are perfect for the classic martini enthusiast seeking just a hint of exotic sweetness.
