Square One Bergamot

Bergamot orange is the focal point in this luscious expression of an orange based spirit. We layer the tangy and floral qualities of bergamot with mandarin, navel and tangerine oranges, and add a touch of warm spice with ginger, coriander and juniper. This medley of botanicals create an orange-based clear spirit that is an exquisite partner when simply mixed with soda, tonic, ginger ale or ginger beer, and has the taste complexity to mix well in a wide range of creative new culinary-style cocktails.
